With annual sales in excess of 60 million euros, Videor E. Hartig GmbH in Rödermark close to Frankfurt is one of the leading providers of professional video technology for security applications in Europe.  And Videor will now also offer its customers the whole network video surveillance product range produced by the software manufacturer Netavis Software.  The core product is the "Observer II" program available in different product variants.  In addition to cameras and servers produced by the market leader Axis, the programme also supports the eneo network products as well as those from numerous other manufacturers.

The alliance between the two multinational companies starts on 1 September 2007.  Videor will market the Netavis Software products worldwide, and be the exclusive distributor in Germany, France, Benelux and the United Kingdom.  This means that Videor is extending its product spectrum of network solutions by a strong partner that can already display much experience in security projects having sold 15,000 licences.  "After an extensive market analysis we have found the ideal partner for extending our software range in Netavis Software.  Our companies complement each other perfectly," stressed Michael Haas, Managing Director of Videor.
