ADI-Alarmsystem Norway, a leading security integrator, and Mirasys Ltd, a leading provider of video surveillance software for the security industry, are strengthening their position in the Nordic security market through tightened cooperation.  The main field for the tightening cooperation is in product integration, as Mirasys products provide a valuable core to ADI-Alarmsystem security solutions.

The first joint seminar was hosted by ADI-Alarmsystem on September 21, with 35 security professionals gathering at Oslo's Rica Holberg Hotel.  The seminar discussed the benefits of using Mirasys V and N series as the foundation of modern security surveillance systems - from analogue to digital, and anything in-between.

"There is a great market growth potential for networked video, and we are excited to showcase our products,"  Kato Lystad from ADI-Alarmsystem comments.  The seminar provided the security professionals with product info, tools and guidelines on how to address the customers' security needs.

Kaj Långstöm from Mirasys demonstrated V and N series functionality and talked about how to profit from megapixel techonology, debunking common myths ranging from expensiveness to bandwidth questions.  Lystad showcased the Workstation client used by the end users, providing a view into its detailed and smooth functionality.

"Mirasys has developed an outstanding video surveillance solution with leading-edge features," explains Kjell Johanssen, Product Manager, CCTV, at ADI-Alarmsystem. "The product seminar provided an excellent opportunity to demonstrate the advantages of using Mirasys products in ADI-Alarmsystem security solutions."

Mirasys V and N series software platforms provide highly efficient and reliable operations for video, audio and alarm management and analysis for all imaginable security needs.  The open platform technology enables faster and easier integration with external third party systems and partner plug-ins.  The platforms support all leading analogue and IP cameras and video servers, and contain numerous advanced features that directly affect the bottom lines of the users.
