Number of exhibitors at 11th edition of Airport Show more than doubles
The event is to be held from 31 May - 2 June 2011 at Airport Expo Dubai
REED Exhibitions Middle East, one of the leading organisers of trade and consumer exhibitions, announced over 33 international exhibitors, specialised providers and industry suppliers have confirmed participation for the 11th edition of Airport Show Dubai, which is more than double the confirmations received over the same period for the previous edition.

Organised under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Chairman of Dubai Airports and Emirates Group, Airport Show Dubai is dedicated to airport construction, operations, technology and services. To be held from 31 May - 2 June 2011 at Airport Expo Dubai, it is supported by leading international industry associations, local government authorities and global suppliers.

The upcoming edition of the event will offer a combination of high quality networking and business development opportunities through a series of roundtable discussions, innovation and project seminars in addition to the hosted buyer programme.

Mohamad Bader-Eddin, Show Director, REED Exhibitions Middle East, said: "This year, we have already seen a significant increase in the number of exhibitors who are keen to participate in this leading industry event. With only 32 weeks left for the show, we anticipate more number of investors to register participation and confirm their presence at the much-awaited calendar event."

To date 1,161 square metres of exhibition space has already been sold marking a four times increase in comparison with last year's sales figures during the same period.

Airport Expo Dubai 2011 will also host pavilions from countries such as China, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Denmark, and Switzerland over a gross exhibition space of 11,000 square metres at the West and Central Halls.

Some of the reputed international and local exhibitors that have registered participation to date include Siemens Middle East, Tiger Profiles and Dubai Technology Partners, as well as ADPi, the world's leading architecture and engineering firm from France, WaterBlasting from the US, and Nivatec from Switzerland.
