Nextiva Situation Management Center (SMC) is Verint’s next generation situation management solution aimed to provide organisations with exceptional set of capabilities to mitigate and prevent risks, respond quickly to events and reduce their operational cost. Nextiva SMC also enables organisations to maintain their compliance with federal and industry regulations, by enforcing standard operating procedures. Nextiva SMC is based on Nextiva Fusion platform, a scalable, open and flexible environment that helps organisations leverage existing systems without the need to replace them. Fusion allows users to integrate and analyse multitude sensors while enabling the user to expand to meet future needs.
