Mr. Williams and Mr. Grein will report to Jeremy Howard, vice president of global business development
Both the new professionals will be responsible for expanding business with enterprise customers

Avigilon, a leader in high-definition (HD) and megapixel video surveillance solutions, recently announced the addition of two new business development sales professionals focused on the energy sector and architectural and engineering (A&E) community. Joining the team are Steven Williams, director of business development for the North American energy sector, and Stephen Grein, director of business development for the global architecture and engineering community. Both will be responsible for expanding business with enterprise customers in their respective areas.

“With our innovative high-definition video management software and the broadest range of megapixel cameras on the market, we’re uniquely positioned to address the requirements of diverse verticals,” said Bryan Schmode, executive vice president of global sales at Avigilon. “With the addition of Mr. Williams and Mr. Grein, we will open and expand new market and enterprise sales opportunities for Avigilon.”

Mr. Williams and Mr. Grein will report to Jeremy Howard, vice president of global business development.

Steven J. Williams, business development director, North American energy sector

With extensive experience in the energy, oil and gas, and maritime security industry, Mr. Williams will be responsible for building Avigilon’s partnerships in the North American energy market. Mr. Williams joins Avigilon from Pelco where he focused on building a global presence in the oil, gas, energy and maritime markets. There he was directly responsible for bringing in over $75 million in energy, oil and gas sales worldwide.

Stephen Grein, business development director, global architecture and engineering

An experienced sales professional, Mr. Grein will be responsible for building an A&E program and establishing relationships with architects, engineers and consultants. Most recently Mr. Grein served as director of A&E practices at DVTEL, where he was responsible for executing time-sensitive projects. He successfully tripled the number of projects where DVTEL was specified to be installed. Mr. Grein also doubled revenue brought in by consulted projects.
