Arecont Vision®, the industry leader in IP-based megapixel camera technology, recently announced the availability of the AV-IP Utility. This easy-to-use utility is designed to simplify the setup and update process for all Arecont Vision® megapixel cameras.
“We are always looking for ways to improve the setup and configuration experience for our customer when they are working with our cameras,” stated Brad Donaldson, Director, Product Management, Arecont Vision®. “With the release of our new AV-IP Utility, we have made significant steps in both the ease of installation and in ongoing camera management.”
Features of the AV-IP Utility application include:
- Enhanced user interface
- Multiple discovery options, including broadcast and multicast
- Mass update camera firmware and/or hardware files
- Mass update camera settings
- Import and/or export camera settings using .csv file
The Arecont Vision® IP Utility is free and is immediately available for customer download from the Support page on the Arecont Vision® website.
Arecont Vision® will be demonstrating its industry-leading megapixel camera technology from stand c1075 at IFSEC International 2015 from June 16th through the 18th.
