The security advantages of Viscount’s Freedom access control technology continue to gain traction
Viscount will deploy its VeriCert software at U.S. Federal Government agency facilities

Viscount Systems, a leading-edge supplier of security systems and software, announced that it has been awarded contracts to deploy its Freedom access control technology, as well as its VeriCert certification software, at the U.S. Federal Government agency facilities in Louisiana and California, totalling more than $50,000 in contract value. Due to the sensitive nature of these types of contracts, the company is unable to identify the agency.

"We are pleased to continue our rollout of Viscount's Freedom Access Control within the U.S. Government, adding another government agency to the Freedom family," stated Dennis Raefield, President and CEO of Viscount. "The security and cost advantages of our Freedom access control technology continue to gain traction as a compelling value proposition combined with increased cyber security for physical locations. As the U.S. Government continues to move towards increased security requirements at all Federal Government facilities, we expect to see additional contract opportunities."
