Abloy has become the first security specialist to launch a high security key cylinder designed to meet the needs of industrial locking environments.

Abloy UK has launched a high security key cylinder system specifically targeted at the high security retail, OEM applications and museum display case markets.

Designed for use in camlocks and furniture locks, Sentry incorporates a wide range of high security padlocks for use in demanding industrial environments.

The new Abloy Sentry cylinder system also incorporates a unique patent protected anti-wear key mechanism utilising high security traditional rotating detainer discs, which provide both durability and long-term performance.

Sentry has been industry tested to performance level, with results demonstrating its construction is extremely resistant against dirt, salt water and wear, with extended wear life of up to fifty per cent.

The design and operating principle of the disc tumbler cylinder makes it possible to create dedicated master-key suites capable of meeting most users needs.

The use of a fully symmetrical all metal key incorporated into a one way mechanism combined with dedicated key profiles enables both ease of use and maximum customer security.
