The SNE Series offers unique equipment mounting flexibility
The new SNE Series is designed to meet the specific requirements of IP, Analogue and Hybrid security systems

Middle Atlantic Products introduced a new class of application-driven Security Network Enclosures at ISC West 2013. The latest in the company’s expansive offering of specialty-purposed equipment mounting options, the new SNE Series is a family of enclosures designed to meet the specific requirements of IP, Analogue and Hybrid security systems.

Security Network Enclosures are available in 4 configurations for common security challenges that take system type, wiring needs, cooling requirements and rack location into consideration. They were designed for either active forced-air cooling in closets, open offices and non-conditioned equipment rooms or passive airflow in data centre and temperature-controlled environments.

In addition to traditional rackmounting, the SNE Series offers unique equipment mounting flexibility. Each features accommodations for the company’s tool-free Lever Lock system for mounting small devices like encoders and power supplies in otherwise unused spaces, as well as universal “Zero-U” vertical panel mounting for additional capacity.

The SNE Series was engineered with enhanced cable management features to route and protect both analogue and digital cabling equally well. Innovative optional cable chases, unique cabinet-to-cabinet pass-throughs, brush cable entry in the top and large bottom openings facilitate cabling into, within and between SNE Series enclosures.

Each preconfigured enclosure ships from stock for rapid deployment and includes front and rear doors, flush mount side panels, Lever Lock brackets, locking casters and levelling feet. SNE Series models are UL Listed with a 3,000 lb load capacity and are available in 3 racking heights, 3 widths and 3 depths for systems of varying sizes.
