Bold Communications has added the popular Concept Pro range of DVRs from Videcon to the Gemini CCTV alarm monitoring platform. Gemini is well established in the UK alarm and CCTV receiving markets, providing a unified management and automation solution for video, alarms, access control and lone worker protection. The Concept Pro DVR VXH264 has been integrated with the Gemini control room platform, enabling it to be seamlessly handled at an integrated workstation for improved control room efficiency and functionality.
All remote events are presented in a configurable and easy to use interface which takes the operator through a pre-defined workflow process, enabling alarm verification and remote site management. Operator actions, event video and alarm traffic are logged and recorded within Gemini and can be easily retrieved via instant and scheduled reports. End users can also access their data through a web interface to view video events, update keyholder records and create and schedule activity reports.
