Galaxy Control Systems, a leading provider of integrated access control, video and security solutions, has launched a new web-based application that allows technicians from a Galaxy Business Partner dealer to submit support requests online. Using the new web-based application, technicians have the ability to determine when a return call should be made, giving them greater control of the support process.

The new web-based support request application was borne of Galaxy’s goal of constantly working to streamline and automate both internal and external processes related to interaction with its dealer partners.
