Open Options’ corporate culture of mutual respect is a key factor in attracting and keeping top industry talent
Laurie Dickson has broad experience in both account service and creative

Open Options, a leading provider of innovative access control solutions, has added three seasoned sales executives – Stacy Molenda, Randy Vitovitz, and Laurie Dickson – to manage new territories in the Rocky Mountain, Northwest, and South Central United States to support continued company growth.

Open Options Vice President and General Manager Jonathan Berman said Open Options’ exponential growth has led to expansion of the sales force in order to have more focused territories that allow the sales team more time to build deeper relationships with partner dealers, vendors, and system users.

“Open Options’ corporate culture of mutual respect is a key factor in attracting and keeping top industry talent,” said Berman. “Our sales formula is unlike any other in the industry: our regional sales managers have the autonomy to approach their territory as a strategic business unit and the creative license for business development.”

Stacy Molenda, territory sales manager of the Rocky Mountain region, is based in Colorado and covers Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico. Molenda brings 12 years of security industry experience from companies such as Intermountain Marketing, Agent Vi, and Applus Technologies. She maintains expert knowledge of channel development, national account management, sales, training, and project management. Molenda is a graduate of Montana State University.

Randy Vitovitz, territory sales manager of the northwest, is based in Seattle and oversees sales in Washington and Oregon. Vitovitz brings over 10 years of security industry, IT systems technology, and packaging experience from companies including Weber Marking Systems, Symbol Technology, and Technical Security Integrations. His experience includes national account management, business development, sales, marketing, systems design, and training.

"A combination of home grown talent as well as industry experience brings a multitude of ideas and perspectives to drive our sales effort"

Laurie Dickson, territory sales manager of the south central United States, is based in New Orleans and covers sales in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Western Tennessee.

Dickson has broad experience in both account service and creative having served in a variety of roles for firms including Dollacker & Associates, Skuba Design Studio, Noble Mouse, and Peter Mayer Advertising. She has received many awards including the prestigious Gold Effie; local, regional and national Addys; The Lee Denim Days Media Splash Award; and the HSMAI Platinum Adrian Award. Dickson received a BFA in Graphic Design from Savannah College of Art and Design.

With the addition of these new sales territories, Open Options now has eight sales managers that provide coverage for the United States and International locations.
