OnSSI, which is creating a new era in video surveillance with intuitive software that seamlessly improves and connects security processes and lowers operating costs, is showcasing its highly touted IP video and security management solutions at ASIS 2011(booth #1465) with a comprehensive display of leading edge video surveillance software solutions. Highlights of the exhibit include Ocularis v2.0, available in four different feature sets to meet the needs of organisations of all sizes and structures. Ocularis v2.0 is also featured in implementations with technology partner appliances.

OnSSI is also featuring technology partner displays that showcase the benefits of Ocularis’s open platform architecture. Featured in the booth is Intransa’s integrated solution demonstrating its latest Physical Security Cloud technology, featuring an Intransa VDMR™ Edge Server running OnSSI’s Ocularis video management software. Multiple affordable Edge Servers can be deployed, all supported by Intransa VDMR™ Core Servers, in local or distant security operations centres. The system is ideal for standalone or global deployments of open video surveillance and other physical security applications.

Ocularis v2.0 is an IP-video and security platform designed to provide greater functionality for organizations of any size, up to the enterprise level. Ocularis offers four feature sets, each scalable to virtually any number of cameras at multiple sites, and include: Ocularis PS for single or multiple locations with a small number of cameras in each; Ocularis IS features multi-user active monitoring and supports integration with access control, video analytics and other third-party systems; Ocularis CS for large distributed organizations and supports VideoWall applications and the OpenSight add-on to view camera streams from other Ocularis installations; and Ocularis ES, featuring a central video recording system management utility for multi-site installations. The Ocularis Client unified controller is a simple interface for live monitoring and event handling, including forensics and evidence export tools.
