On-Net Surveillance Systems, Inc. appoints new COO/CFO
Mr. Millet determined to further OnSSI's growth in the surveillance industry

On-Net Surveillance Systems, Inc. (OnSSI) is pleased to announce that Yoav Millet has joined the organisation as COO/CFO. Mr. Millet will employ his talents and experience in growth and change management to enhance OnSSI's financial, operational and business strategies as it continues to assert itself as the industry leader in surveillance technology.

"Yoav has a wealth of experience helping companies evolve internally as they expand in the marketplace. That will allow OnSSI to continue to assert our position as the leader in this industry," said Gadi Piran, President and CTO of OnSSI. "As our customers' needs grow, we will be ready and waiting with the most sophisticated solutions in IP video surveillance control and management."

For over 20 years, Mr. Millet's career has focused on identifying and monetising value from IP assets in broad spectrum of industry sectors. Prior to joining OnSSI, Mr. Millet held positions serving as COO at IncentOne; Managing Partner at M-CAM; Senior Managing Director of alseT-IP Structured Finance LLC; and Managing Director for Juno Investments, LLC. Mr. Millet also previously co-led the investment banking activities of Clali & Associates Financial Management (LCF Edmond de Rothschild Group) as well as management positions within various institutional investment companies.

Among his many duties as COO/CFO, Mr. Millet will help to guide OnSSI's rapid growth as it meets the demands of being one of the top-rated technology solutions providers in the physical security marketplace.

Mr. Millet is a CPA and holds dual Bachelor Degrees in Accounting and Economics, earned at Tel Aviv University.
