OnSSI announces new titles for two key executives and the addition of an industry channel veteran

OnSSI announces a number of personnel changes within the company to better serve their needs as they continue to take the lead in delivering innovative video management solutions to the security market. Changes within the organisation include new titles for two key executives and the addition of an industry channel veteran to grow and strengthen inter-industry relationships.

Newly appointed as OnSSI’s Distribution Manager, Melissa Valenti will direct the distribution channel relationships. Joining the company as it continues to develop and grow its presence within the distribution channel for the flagship Ocularis video management software, Ms. Valenti will manage and direct national promotions and marketing activities – and much more – for this vital segment. Her industry experience includes channel management positions at Pivot3, GVI Security, JVC and Panasonic.

“Melissa is a well-known industry professional who has demonstrated outstanding aptitude for developing new business,” said Gadi Piran, President and CTO of OnSSI. “By working to build and strengthen our channel business as Distribution Manager, she can help OnSSI meet our objectives for 2014 and beyond.”

In addition to the appointment of Ms. Valenti, OnSSI has shifted the responsibilities of two top executives within the organisation. As Vice President of International Business Development, company co-founder Mulli Diamant is now in charge of expanding operations and developing business beyond North America. Former marketing VP Ken LaMarca has been named Vice President of Sales and Marketing, directing all sales and marketing activities for the US and Canada. The move will further enable the company to build and strengthen its brand through an integrated campaign, in addition to enhancing the coordination of sales programming within the company and through the channel.
