L-1 Identity Solutions is a portfolio of companies that has achieved its leadership in the global identity management solutions market by acquiring strategic complementary best-in-class technologies and running them as separate business units.  Our customers, partners and employees are taking a positive step forward with this announcement.  L-1 provides further financial strength, accelerates Bioscrypt's engineering development plans and gives us the opportunity to extend our offerings by providing L-1's family of identity management solutions to you, our customers and partners.

At the same time our daily activities to provide you the same enhanced levels of sales and support remains our primary focus.  We are executing early in 2008 to accelerate our value to you and your organization with this announced acquisition along with our exciting product announcements planned for 2008.
