Jack will work with members of the DMP authorised dealer network to promote the sale of products

Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) has named Jack Conard to the newly created position of Director-Market Development, Retail Solutions, West. Jack will work with members of the DMP authorised dealer network, vendor partners, and retailers to promote the sale of DMP products in retail installations.

“DMP technology is especially well-suited to a number of vertical markets, including retail,” said Vice President of Sales, Mark NeSmith. “The flexible, scalable design of DMP security and access control products make it a good choice for retailers from local, independent shops to multi-location mega-stores and chains. Adding Jack to serve DMP dealers in the West demonstrates the increased focus on, and opportunities in, the retail market for DMP technology. His long experience in the security industry and proven track record for success demonstrate he’s the right person to support new growth in retail market sales.”

Jack began his career in the security industry in 1992 with Rollins Protective Services. He subsequently held sales and management positions in several other security-related organisations. Most recently he was with Protection One, Inc., where he rose from the position of District Manager to Director of Commercial Sales, the position he held prior to joining DMP. As a District Manager, he successfully grew the organisation’s RMR, installation revenue, and sales rep productivity.

He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Northwest Missouri State University where he majored in Industrial Technology. Jack holds an NBFAA Level I Technician certificate and an Electrical Supervisor’s License.
