Rick Love will be responsible for providing services to DMP-authorised dealers in Alabama, Kentucky, and Tennessee

Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) has named Rick Love to the position of Dealer Development Manager in the company’s Mid-South Region. He will be responsible for developing new sales, growing existing businesses, and providing ongoing service to DMP-authorised dealers in Alabama, Kentucky, and Tennessee, helping them to grow their businesses.

“Rick’s past experience in security system sales gives him a good background in the unique issues related to our business,” said Jim Hawthorne, DMP Director of Sales, East. “His experience with Proctor & Gamble provides him with valuable insights regarding consumer buying behaviour. That’s a great combination that should serve him well as helps the dealers in his area promote additional sales and build customer loyalty.”

Prior to joining DMP, Rick was a Sales Manager for Prestige Alarm & Specialty Products, based in Birmingham, Ala., where he managed all projects and day-to-day sales activities. Prior to that, he was a District Sales Manager at Procter & Gamble. There he managed the organisation’s South Region, performed full sales-cycle duties, and managed his staff of field representatives.

Rick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Auburn University in Alabama.
