Bell Security Ltd has introduced a new support package, Warranty-Plus.  This provides an enhanced reactive and preventative maintenance profile for security systems installed by Bell during the first 12 months of their operational life.

Claiming to offer 24/7 peace-of-mind, Warranty-Plus has been created to counter the 'grey areas' of responsibility that can often exist during the warranty period of an integrated security system, usually when system delivery involves a main contractor/multiple supplier process.

Andy McQueen, General Manager at Bell, says:

"Warranty-Plus has been devised to ensure transparency within the warranty process.  It provides the client with an enhanced service package that is specified up-front and is an integral part of our solution at the early stages of design and quote.  Recent investments in our Service Management Centre/Helpdesk will assist us in ensuring Warranty-Plus customers receive defined levels of extra commitment."
