Genetec announces the launch of their Integrated Technology Partner Program

Genetec, a pioneer in the physical security industry and a provider of world-class IP security solutions, announces the launch of their Integrated Technology Partner Program. The program is aimed at effectively broadening Genetec's eco-system of value-added technology partnerships, offering end customers a wider selection of compatible hardware and software solutions.

Genetec's suite of innovative solutions has been developed on the principles of open architecture, allowing for the development of in-depth integrations with many different types of technology products. Therefore, numerous manufacturers are eligible to apply to Genetec's Integrated Technology Partner Program, including providers of IP video devices, video walls, access control devices, audio devices, situation management solutions, access control solutions, point-of-sale solutions amongst many others.

Genetec's Integrated Technology Partner Program was developed on a flexible structure that provides technology manufacturers with numerous integration development options, accommodating their specific needs according to factors such as depth of integration, time and available resources. Other benefits that technology partners can expect from Genetec's new partner program include dedicated development support to help guide them through the process, an assigned program manager to oversee all major steps of the integration, online access to a databank of development resources and increased visibility with joint-marketing opportunities.

"We are excited about the opportunities that the partner program will bring to our customers, who will have a greater selection of integrated solutions for their security applications," says Dana Tarlescu, Partner Program Manager at Genetec. "We have been managing integrations with technology leaders for a few years already, but this program will streamline the application and certification process, ensuring that every integration will not only meet the highest standards of quality, but will also benefit from the added support that results from closer collaboration with our partners."
