QUADRANT appreciates Optex REDWALL partner programme for giving reliable results
Malcolm Pye from Quadrant believes that the REDWALL Partner Programme allows him to offer a better service
The REDWALL Partner Programme, designed by Optex Europe to provide installers and their customers with the latest advice on installation and support, has again been praised by one of the UK's leading security organisations for delivering consistently reliable results.

Malcolm Pye, Systems Engineering Manager at Watford-based Quadrant, believes the Optex REDWALL Partner Programme has allowed him to offer an even more competitive service: "Whenever we need a detector we invariably opt for one in the REDWALL range," he says, "since they are considered to be the best in the industry.

"REDWALL has a deserved reputation for reliability; it's a good robust product that we've used successfully in many challenging installations."

Malcolm recognises that there are a number of benefits to those participating in the programme: Optex approved partners receive detailed product training, free loan of demonstration equipment and special incentives and discounts. They also receive exclusive forward briefings on future product development, and practical hands-on support where required. Certificates are issued to qualifying Partners who will be required to attend regular sales and technical product training, and promote REDWALL through their own company websites.

In addition, Malcolm says that the REDWALL Partner Programme gives Quadrant access to a better pricing:  "The technical and sales assistance is also extremely useful," he adds.

REDWALL is synonymous with quality performance in external detection according to Nigel Hackett, Sales Director for the REDWALL Division: "Optex is pleased to work with and reward those champions of REDWALL technology with an even higher level of sales and technical support," he says.
