ASSA ABLOY will also be showcasing Abloy’s CLIQ Remote; an internet-based security management system
ASSA ABLOY will also be unveiling the newest addition to its improved portfolio, Watchlock

Visitors to stand C50 in Hall 4 at IFSEC 2012, will be introduced to ASSA ABLOY’s range of industry-leading technology-based security and access control solutions, including its popular Aperio enabling technology.

Aperio uses smart technology to enable the wireless conversion of mechanical locks into existing access control systems with minimal door modification, allowing easy and cost effective expansion of existing systems within refurbished or remodeled public and commercial buildings.

ASSA ABLOY will also be showcasing Abloy’s CLIQ Remote; an internet-based security management system that allows programming of cylinders, padlocks and keys to provide remote access control across disparate sites requiring high levels of security within existing master key systems.

ASSA ABLOY’s HiO (Highly Intelligent Opening) technology for electronic door components will also be on display. This future-proof system provides advanced diagnostic information by building intelligence into each device instead of a centralised logic unit, allowing the health of the door opening to be easily communicated.

ASSA ABLOY will also be unveiling the newest addition to its impressive product portfolio, Watchlock, as the only high security padlock on the market, available with an integrated GPS system for real time control and with cellular connectivity for reporting. Users can be informed instantly by e-mail or SMS whether the padlock has been opened or closed, when and where.

Matt Thomas for ASSA ABLOY UK, said: “For ASSA ABLOY, IFSEC is one of the most important exhibitions of the year and provides a great platform for the group to showcase its industry-leading range of intelligent security solutions for a wide range of end-user markets, including health, education, commercial and utilities.

“This year’s show promises to be our most exciting yet and we’re expecting to generate a lot of interest in some of our newest, smart technology solutions, such as the Aperio, CLIQ , HiO and Watchlock systems.”
