Brivo Systems, LLC, the leader in web applications for access control and security systems, recently announced that it has hired William Savage as the new Vice President of Operations.

William Savage comes to Brivo from AMAG Technology/Group4, where he was Vice President of Technical Operations, overseeing all technical services for the security management systems manufacturer.  Prior to that, Mr. Savage was with Pelco, where he held the position of Global Manager, Technical Services, overseeing a worldwide, 24-hour technical call centre.  His wide experience brings a unique set of skills and knowledge of operations to Brivo to assist the company in meeting its strong growth and ambitious future product development and sales targets.

Brivo's success in the IP access control market has resulted in significant growth over the past year, with the addition of many key staff positions and a move to larger offices to accommodate the expansion.  Savage will play a vital role in continuing to build Brivo's operational capacity to handle continued growth, specifically in technical support and operations, manufacturing, and professional services.

Brivo President and COO, Steve Van Till, stated, "All of us at Brivo are looking forward to expanding Brivo's ability to continue to produce the very best products and superior customer service.  Our growth has been tremendous in the last few years, and Bill's expertise will enable us to continue this pace while maintaining our commitment to complete customer satisfaction."

Bill Savage talked about his new role, saying, "Brivo's Operations Team is fully committed to providing exceptional customer service while implementing efficient and creative solutions that meet the evolving and diverse needs of Brivo customers.  The team takes advantage of every opportunity to strengthen and build new relationships while anticipating the needs of customers by proactively planning and implementing new and improved services.  I look forward to being a part of such a dynamic and leading-edge company."
