While the Government and the Police keep launching initiatives to reduce the fear of crime, one of Dyno-Secure's most active franchisees has taken a substantial and far more tangible step towards helping the public by opening the first high street store to showcase the security systems available.

Home Solutions Services launched its new venture in June when it moved its sales and administration team to a high profile location on Swakeleys Road in Ickenham, Middlesex.  The 1,000 square foot premises have been fitted out to a high standard to enable Home Solutions to display a series of products such as locks, alarms and surveillance systems.

The official opening of the shop - branded as Dyno-Secure - was carried out by Julian Knott, Managing Director of Dyno-Secure, who was welcomed by business partners Panny Paschalides and Stuart Day.

Commenting on the success of the venture, Panny says, "Although Ickenham describes itself as a village, Swakeleys Road is a very busy shopping street and we are getting a lot of people coming in looking for improved security systems for their homes or businesses.  In fact, we had sold and installed half a dozen alarm systems before the shop was officially open.  I can honestly say business is really booming and the local community's reaction has been brilliant, we have even been asked to join the Ickenham Residents Association."

"We have advertised the business through the local estate agents' magazines and a publication sent out by the Metropolitan Police to homeowners.  Backed up by the Dyno-Secure brand it means we are busy all the time, both here and on site.  Stuart and myself could not be more pleased with the way things have started out here in Ickenham."

Home Solutions' Dyno-Secure shop is stocking the Dyno alarm system and the Digiview CCTV cameras, together with safes and a wide range of products to harden homes against break-ins.  These include window devices, digital locks, and the Chubb Mul-T-Lock.

Panny Paschalides purchased a Dyno-Locks franchise seven years ago and has expanded the business by stages, first adding the alarms side of the business and then joining with another franchisee, Stuart Day, to expand the territory.  Home Solutions now covers much of North West London out as far as Slough and Bracknell, and carries out domestic installations for homeowners as well as contracts for commercial clients.

The company also helps utility companies or the police gain access to locked premises using the special Dyno tools and employing the engineers' expertise to carry out the work without causing permanent damage.
