The result of our partnership with Axis is that the user is provided with a highly effective seamless solution
Wavestore and Axis are experts in providing video to their users in the most accessible way

Having successfully collaborated on a number of major projects, AXIS Communications and Wavestore have formally announced their commitment to a technology partnership which will see full interoperability between their respective video solutions.

Commenting on the degree of cooperation between the two companies which ensured premium clothing retailer SuperGroup was provided with a state-of-the-art solutionto replace its outdated legacy video surveillance systems, Justin Wheatley, Director of Engineering at Wavestore said: “This was a great project to work on and provided us with an opportunity to work in harmony with Axis to deliver the best solution for the client. Axis are proving to be a great partner for Wavestore because they are very good at making video, whilst Wavestore is very good at handling video - by that I mean we are experts in providing video to the user in the most usable and accessible way.“

“The result of our partnership with Axis is that the user is provided with a highly effective seamless solution. A good example of this is where the Wavestore de-warping feature, available with our VMS software, is helping customers to achieve maximum benefit from Axis’ superb M30 series 360 degree cameras. Our VMS can also handle large files at fast speed and we can therefore very easily process video images regardless of file size. In this respect we are looking forward to seeing the video stream from Axis’ new 4K camera which we are confident will work effectively with Wavestore’s VMS as soon as it is connected.”
