BCDVideo recently released its EVO Series of low-cost, high-performance Network Video Recorders. These appliances ship pre-loaded with a choice of Axis Camera Station, Milestone XProtect, or OnSSI Ocularis licenses. Each EVO appliance offers a turnkey NVR solution to the security integrator and include an Intel Xeon processor, BCDVideo’s SMARTconnect and SMARTvms technologies, lifetime telephone support, as well as a three-year worldwide on-site warranty.

The EVO10 is an Ultra Small Form Factor system (6.9” Wide x 1.3” High x 7.0” Deep) which weighs less than three pounds. With its standard VESA mounting capability, the unit is compact enough to attach to a video monitor for a complete desk-free solution. This system comes standard with eight pre-installed licenses, for Axis Camera Station, Milestone XProtect Essential, or OnSSI Ocularis PS. In addition, a 1TB Solid State Hybrid video drive is included, enabling both live recording and playback for up to 16 cameras.

The EVO30 delivers with your choice of ten or twenty pre-installed licenses, for Axis Camera Station, Milestone XProtect Essential, or OnSSI Ocularis PS. The EVO30 is scalable to 32 IP network cameras. The unit features a 120GB Solid State Drive for the Windows 7 Professional operating system and the VMS. Models are available in either 2TB or 4TB models, both available with RAID 1 for redundancy.

BCDVideo’s EVO50 is a 2U rack-mount appliance pre-loaded with up to 40 pre-installed licenses, with models available with Axis Camera Station, Milestone XProtect Express, or OnSSI Ocularis IS. This Microsoft Windows 2012-driven system is available with up to 24TB of 6G SAS multi-channel video storage, RAID1/5 technology, and redundant power. In addition to BCDVideo’s SMARTconnect and SMARTvms remote technologies, the EVO50 also includes SMARTrecovery, BCDVideo’s disaster recovery module.
