Pixim powered by seawolf new logo
 Powered by Pixim Seawolf logo
Pixim Inc., a leading provider of imaging chips for enterprise security cameras, unveiled two new brand logos today. The new logos feature the recognizable, stylized "Pixim" from the company's corporate logo with the words "Powered by" in italics on top. The logos are designed to be used on the marketing materials, product, packaging, and spec sheets of camera manufacturers who build cameras based on Pixim's chip technology. The first logo is Powered by Pixim while the second logo is Powered by Pixim Seawolf. Seawolf is Pixim's latest chip product.

"I will use the powered-by logo because it sends the strong message to our customers that they are buying Bolide cameras with Pixim technology," explains Alexandro Salinas, Latin America sales manager for Bolide Technology Group.

Pixim's entire line of chip products are based on its Digital Pixel System® technology which enables video security cameras to achieve the highest levels of performance, delivering high-quality images, natural colour, and lower compression rates across all lighting conditions. In traditional cameras, individual pixels cannot adjust to highlights and lowlights in the same scene. With Digital Pixel System technology, however, each pixel automatically adjusts to produce an optimal exposure for all illumination levels, including very bright areas and dark-shadowed areas simultaneously.

Cameras based on Seawolf will work in any lighting conditions right out of the box. They can handle backlight situations, capture realistic colour, and eliminate glare. Additionally, Seawolf cameras require just 0.1 lux of illumination to produce usable, colour images at a full 30 frames per second. Users of IP cameras will benefit from reduced motion artifacts due to Seawolf's global electronic shutter.

"The new logos are based on Pixim's corporate brand, so our partners can benefit from Pixim's extensive branding efforts"

"The words 'Powered by Pixim' say everything. They speak to Pixim's strong technology," says Raj Sarkar, product manager for deView Electronics. "We'll be using these logos for our Pixim-powered cameras."

"The new logos are based on Pixim's corporate brand, so our partners can benefit from Pixim's extensive branding efforts," says John Monti, Pixim's vice president of marketing and business development. "The new logos make it clear to camera purchasers that they are buying the best cameras for any lighting condition."
