Agent Video Intelligence (Agent Vi), the leading global provider of video analytics solutions, has appointed experienced and accomplished managers to lead key departments within the company. The appointments serve the company’s strategic goals of further global expansion, continued focus on product development and the broadening of Agent Vi’s service offering.

AJ Frazer was appointed as Vice President, Sales for the Americas. In this new position, Mr. Frazer will be responsible for expanding Agent Vi’s local sales presence within the American markets, increasing the company’s channel network, and working closely with partners, consultants and end-users to promote the company’s products and services. Mr. Frazer has extensive management experience leading business development, sales and marketing activities for high growth companies. Mr. Frazer comes to Agent Vi from Nice Systems, where he led Business Development for the Americas Security Division, including overseeing channel sales, business development, training, strategic partnerships, VARs, distributors, manufacturers’ reps and A&E firms in North, Central, and South America.

Shay Leshkowitz has been promoted to Vice President of R&D. Mr. Leshkowitz will continue to lead the company’s product development activities and integrations with third party products, in line with Agent Vi’s strategic development roadmap. Mr. Leshkowitz joined Agent Vi in 2007 and has been responsible for managing the R&D department, leading development of major additions and enhancements to the company’s product offering. He has over 20 years of development and management experience in a wide range of software applications including security, video analytics, network and traffic management, multi-media and more. Prior to joining Agent Vi, he led software projects and development teams at 3Com, Cisco, Sheer Networks and ECI Telecom.

Udi Gilboa was appointed as Director, Operations. Mr. Gilboa will be responsible for managing the Presales and Customer Support teams, enhancing the company’s global operational infrastructure and further developing the company’s service offering to support Agent Vi’s growing network of resellers worldwide. Mr. Gilboa brings 30 years of experience in managing customer support services, systems development and deployment, and project management. Most recently, he served as Project Manager at High Tech Solutions (HTS), where he led delivery and deployment of optical character recognition solutions. His prior experience includes managing a large customer support team at an Amdocs customer site in Canada, as well as many years of systems development and management experience in the Israeli Air Force (retired LTC).
