Honeywell recently added Sonitrol Security Services, Inc. – a long-standing provider of life safety and security systems for homes and businesses in the Carolinas – to its First Alert Professional Dealer Program, one of the nation’s most exclusive security dealer networks. Sonitrol has locations serving Charlotte, N.C., and Greer, S.C. and serves high-end residential customers, and commercial and industrial businesses.

Founded in 1984, Sonitrol specialises in loss prevention, intrusion and fire-alert, outdoor security, video surveillance and access control systems. Its services also include hosted and managed systems.

It is the largest independent security dealer network in North America, with more than 500 participating security contractors.
