OnSSI, the market leader in open-architecture, intelligent IP-based video surveillance software, has appointed David Throckmorton as South East Regional Sales Manager. Mr. Throckmorton, who will be located in a regional office in the greater Miami area, will apply his extensive sales and technology experience to manage OnSSI's business activities in the region, and to ensure the company's continued growth in the Southeastern United States.
Mr. Throckmorton comes to OnSSI with seven years of experience in the electronic security and video surveillance industry. As an account manager and technology design specialist for Security 101, a dealer/integrator in South Florida, he focused on selling integrated solutions. Throughout his career, he has managed large installations ranging from hospitals in South Florida to the Miami-Dade County government that employ a variety of integrated solutions including Ocularis from OnSSI. Mr. Throckmorton was also previously employed by Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies for several years where he received the "President's Club Top Sales Award".
