Peter Kidd, Technical Services Manager, Frontline Security SolutionsFrontline Security Solutions, Europe's fastest growing electronic security system integrator, has strengthened its management team with the appointment of Peter Kidd to the position of Technical Services Manager.

"Our business has grown substantially and we now have over 30 people collectively in our technical support, maintenance and PES (Professional Engineering Services) teams," said John Bryan, one of Frontline's founding Directors.  "The time is therefore right to appoint a senior manager to ensure the activities of all of our technical departments are harmonised and that we offer the highest level of pre and post technical support to all our customers."

Peter Kidd is amply qualified to take up the challenge of his new role.  He has been an integral part of Frontline for ten years having previously been System Support Manager.

One of Peter's first priorities will be to oversee the implementation of an upgrade of SmartServ, Frontline's service response management system which allows clients to request support online, as well as by telephone or email.  The new version of SmartServ will be multilingual reflecting Frontlines continued growth in the EMEA region and the fact that many of Frontline's clients are multi-sited and operate throughout Europe.

"Peter's promotion to this very important new role is well deserved," added John Bryan. "Peter was already a part of the management team and has helped with the development of the company over the past ten years and rightly deserves this promotion.  It is part of our ongoing process of putting building blocks in place to ensure we continue to be efficient despite a sharp increase in demand for our services."
