Parc Chanot  to host around 120 exhibitors and brands that offer physical or electronic solutions to all access security issues

Parc Chanot is home to the first Euro-Mediterranean trade show, hosting around 120 exhibitors and brands that offer physical or electronic solutions to all access security issues. This varied and well-structured offer includes big names in the industry (international, national and regional companies) and rapidly growing start-ups. Their products and services meet an unequivocal need and are now witnessing rapid growth across various industries in both the public and private sector.

Electronic and Human Security: A New, Integrated Era

Human and electronic security companies are well represented at Parc Chanot. The sector clearly favours “fully integrated” solutions.

  • Big names in the human security sector are changing their way of working.

“We now offer integrated security solutions that bring together human surveillance and technology, allowing us to control costs while improving security, technologies such as “electronic rounds” or our latest prototype, a drone used alongside a security guard to expand the field of vision and reach areas that cannot be accessed by humans”, explains Thierry Belliard, Head of Securitas Southern Division, which will exhibit at the show.

  • Electronic security and CCTV: companies present their latest innovations.

Focus On Two Regional Companies:

Til Technologies is based in Aix-en-Provence and has just celebrated its 25th anniversary. It already supplies flagship venues in Marseille, such as the Stade Vélodrome, MuCEM, the CGA-CGM tower and Parc Chanot. “We felt we had to attend this first show, not only because we are a local company, but also to exhibit alongside all our technological partners.” The sector is evolving and Til Technologies will present its latest innovation, the MICRO-SESAME 2015:

“We are integrating a unique interface that brings together two market trends, that were, until now, incompatible: real-time and offline security systems"

“We are integrating a unique interface that brings together two market trends, that were, until now, incompatible: real-time and offline security systems. This is a real bonus for clients that require a dual approach tailored to each access point (high-security cable-actuated outdoor access and a cheaper, independent badge reader for offices), which is managed by a single system.”

Automatic Alarm became independent in 1996 and is based in Marseille. This security solutions integrator has just signed a contract to secure all access points on the future DCNS site in the Technopôle de la Mer technology park in Ollioules (South-East France). “Over the last 2-3 years, we have seen a general trend in favour of electronic security. We are a comprehensive solutions integrator and are also focussing on our retail activity, offering state-of-the-art products, such as the Briefcam Synopsis Video for enhanced image analysis, with the aim of condensing a day’s worth of images into 5 minutes!”

Exoert Eye:

During the AccesSecurity conference, Elisabeth Sellos-Cartel, Ministerial Delegate for Security Cooperation, French Ministry of the Interior, will be speaking on “How to improve the security of at-risk professions?” Thursday 16 April 2015, 11:15am

“Over the past few years, there has been a clear drive for video surveillance, and this trend is continuing to grow. In the Delegation for Security Cooperation, our video surveillance task force is responding the legal, technical and operational concerns surrounding this issue. We are currently working to draw up a decree to allow retailers to use street-facing CCTV cameras, whose data would be for exclusive use by the Ministry of the Interior.”
