ioimage's new appointment to enhance company's global support structure and rapid sales growthioimage, the pioneer of intelligent video appliances designed for simplicity, announced recently the appointment of Ethan Vons as Director of Global Customer Services responsible for US, EMEA and APAC support centres.  ioimage is currently doing business in 35 countries and maintains a global network of over 100 business partners.

Vons has a proven track record of managing global customer service departments and establishing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs and technical service centres.  He has twelve years of professional experience at Aviem Systems, Orbit Technologies, Nur Macroprinters (HP) and Teledata (ADC), where he has been credited with several key achievements.

At Aviem, a specialist in high-power, engineering oriented projects, Vons restructured the service division and enhanced process control.  While at Orbit, a provider of marine satellite communication systems, he measurably improved operational processes and customer retention rates.  Vons also successfully managed large technology and logistic teams at Nur Macroprinters and Teledata, which have since been acquired by Hewlett-Packard and ADC, respectively.

"Ethan's wide range of experience and expertise will strengthen ioimage's level of support and enhance our worldwide service network," said Zeev Farkash, ioimage VP Sales & Customer Services.  "Ethan's appointment underscores our ongoing commitment to provide top quality support and service to all our customers."
