CCTV lighting systems from Raytec short listed in the IFSEC 2010 Awards
The PRO PSU is available with two optional plug-in modules to allow users to further tailor their CCTV lighting
Raytec's new PRO series PSU, which allows much more powerful and intelligent lighting systems to be created using RAYMAX and RAYLUX illuminators, has won a place in the finals of this year's IFSEC awards, in the CCTV Camera Equipment of the Year category.

The PRO series PSU is the latest addition to Raytec's range of specialist PSUs and it is available now as an option for all RAYMAX and RAYLUX illuminators.

The PRO PSU offers a number of unique, interactive features - including remote control over illumination, greater intelligence and specific settings for increased energy savings and deterrent purposes - which enable installers to provide flexible solutions for any installation from a single, universally adaptable power supply.

The PRO PSU is available with two optional plug-in modules to allow users to further tailor their lighting: the PRO IQ and the PRO Pulse. Additional settings can be designed into new plug-in modules making the PRO PSU a future-proof system.

Raytec's Managing Director Shaun Cutler welcomed the PRO Series' success in the IFSEC Awards. "The release of the PRO Series PSUs will be welcomed by installers and their customers and is another important step in Raytec's product development path," he said.

"This range takes us forward in our mission to deliver more intelligent, more flexible, more interactive lighting solutions."
