Vigilant Technology, a BATM Company and provider of intelligent IP video surveillance and security solutions, recently announced the release of NetStream 6001, a new video/audio decoder, enhancing the company’s NetStream edge devices series.

Vigilant NetStream 6001 is an embedded video decoder which decodes H.264, MPEG-4 or Motion JPEG video, along with audio streams from Vigilant NetStream IP devices into high quality analogue video and audio signals. The decoder supports a single monitor and provides a cost-effective solution for real-time monitoring and instant verification.

Vigilant NetStream series is a fully digital security and surveillance IP devices that include a full range of IP cameras, video encoders and decoders that support both MPEG-4 and H.264 with onboard video analytics.

The Vigilant NetStream series of products is ideal for mission critical, multi-site environments, such as transport, gaming, retail, finance and public space.
