Videx Security has always placed great emphasis on Training and Technical Support
James has acquired in-depth knowledge of the Videx product range through his position in the company's technical department

Videx Security, a market leader in the supply of door entry and access control systems, has appointed James Rose as Training Manager. James takes over from Aaron Houghton who has moved into the company's R&D department.

Videx Security has always placed great emphasis on Training and Technical Support, underlined by ongoing investment in its training facilities and support material at its London and Newcastle offices. Training programmes can also be carried out at customers' own premises when four or more engineers are involved.

James has acquired in-depth knowledge of the Videx product range through his positions in the company's Technical Department in a customer support role. His new position as Training Manager is a natural career progression for him.
