Unify resells Verint’s Workforce Optimisation solutions, making the technology even more widely available worldwide
Verint will work closely with Unify to co-develop strategic features designed to help Unify contact centre customers

Verint® Systems Inc. recently announced that it has formed a global strategic partnership with Unify, a leading enterprise communications software and services firm. The relationship extends the reach and availability of Verint Workforce Optimisation™ (WFO) solutions into enterprise contact centres, or customer engagement centres, on a global basis.

In January 2014, Unify announced its selection of Verint as a global strategic alliance partner. Since formalsing their partnership in August 2014, the organisations have focused on joint go-to-market strategies that leverage Unify’s presence in the enterprise and Verint’s leadership in the WFO market. Through the partnership, Unify resells Verint’s Workforce Optimisation solutions, making the technology even more widely available worldwide. Additionally, Verint will work closely with Unify to co-develop strategic features designed to help Unify contact centre customers reach their full potential.

“As a recognised leader in customer engagement optimisation and workforce optimisation, we welcome the addition of Verint solutions to our portfolio, and look forward to the strategic initiatives that will drive business success for our clients,” says Stephen Feldman, director of product management for contact centres at Unify.

Delivering high-value packaged services, both directly and through partners, Unify offers customers such capabilities as IP voice, web collaboration, video conferencing, mobility and contact centre solutions to maximise existing infrastructures, business processes and productivity. Unify leverages solutions that work across virtually any communications channel and device—desk phone, smartphone, tablet, desktop or laptop.

“Verint is very pleased to have entered into this relationship. It broadens our footprint in the industry, furthers the availability of technology through a world-class partner ecosystem, and can bring customers even greater access to and benefit from both Unify and Verint solutions and services,” adds Oren Stern, senior vice president, product strategy for Enterprise Intelligence Solutions™ at Verint.
