SBM Electronics has been named the 2014 ‘Public Safety Partner of the Year’
The 2014 "Partner of the Year" was awarded to Sound Communications

Verint® Systems Inc. recently announced its 2014 Channel Partners of the Year during its annual Public Safety Partner Summit held in Chicago, Illinois in May. The awards honour partners that show exemplary performance in project wins, customer service and technical innovation.

Partner of the Year for Mid-Market Enterprise Intelligence

The 2014 “Partner of the Year” was awarded to Sound Communications, an Ohio-based organisation founded in 1983 that services businesses and public entities for its excellence in selling Verint’s enterprise solutions. The company delivers innovative voice and data recording solutions, and combines these platforms with enhancements such as quality monitoring, speech analytics and workforce management. It also provides security solutions to a wide range of customers. Sound Communications has demonstrated innovative marketing of Verint’s software and dedication toward its customers and community.

Public Safety Partner of the Year

SBM Electronics has been named the 2014 “Public Safety Partner of the Year,” an award honouring the highest producing partner for Verint’s Public Safety solutions. SBM is a Pennsylvania-based provider of sales and service for audio capture and recording solutions, with coverage across Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio and Maryland. The company prides itself on offering superior personalised service and affordable high-quality business products. During the same partner summit, SBM Electronics also received the 2014 “Quality Award,” which acknowledges its close collaboration with Verint to meet the needs of a diverse client base.
