Impact 360 Workforce Optimization was selected by CUSTOMER magazine as a 2013 CRM Excellence Award winner. The recognition is based on the software’s ability to “help extend and expand the customer relationship to become all encompassing, covering the entire enterprise and the entire customer lifecycle,” which reinforces the demonstrable impact it brings to customer organisations.

CUSTOMER magazine also recognised Verint’s Impact 360 IP Recording solution, presenting it with its IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award. The publication’s editors selected the Impact 360 software as an outstanding IP contact center solution that “dramatically improved the contact center and CRM industries.”
