Urmet Domus' commitment to achieving success by investing in people has been recognised by the Essex Business Awards.

Urmet, who are the UK's fastest growing door entry and access control supplier, were   highly commended in the Best Business Improvement through People category of the 2006 awards held at Braxted Park.

Companies submitting entries for the award category had to show how an individual employee or group of employees had made a significant impact on its business leading to improved profitability.

We are naturally delighted to have received this award," said Mark Hagger, Sales Director of Urmet.  "We were able to demonstrate that the significant increase in our turnover was for the large part a result of our policy of investing in people and motivating them by giving them an opportunity to progress their careers."
