Urmet’s aim is to enable a wide range of potential users to see its market-leading products for themselves
Urmet has installed a range of fully functioning door entry systems at the showroom

Urmet is pleased to announce the opening of a new showroom display situated at The Building Centre, central London. This convenient new location is open from Monday to Saturday, all year round, excluding bank holidays. The aim is to enable a wide range of potential users, from architects and developers to security consultants and installers – in fact anyone involved in the door-entry sector – to see Urmet’s market-leading products for themselves.

The Building Centre, established in 1931, has developed into an independent forum dedicated to providing information and inspiration to all sectors of the built environment. The Building Centre is an ideal location for manufacturers to arrange meetings with new and existing customers to show them their latest products. Urmet has installed a range of fully functioning door entry systems at the showroom, including its award-winning Elekta Steel panel, Aiko and Signo products and the latest touchscreen iModo, colour video entry phones. All of the devices run on either an IP (IPervoice) or digital (2Voice) platform, allowing users of the showroom to demonstrate the product features to their customers in a working environment.

In addition to showcasing products for the built environment, the galleries at The Building Centre also offer separate meeting rooms, space to host events and seminar suites. Anyone is able to visit the showroom without an appointment. When required, a product demonstration with an Urmet system specialist can be arranged.

Visitors to the product display are requested to report to reception, from where they will be escorted to the lower ground floor area ‘L9’, where Urmet’s products are on permanent display. You can also register your details at the information desk to arrange an appointment with an Urmet member of staff, as well as pick up the latest catalogues and product literature.
