With Urmet’s range of IP solutions, the eight residential blocks are interlinked to provide instant, single-platform control for all access and security-related requirements
Berkeley Homes chose Urmet’s PoE Elekta glass panels for all of the entrances within the development

One Tower Bridge is the epitome of five-star luxury living and one of Berkeley Homes’ finest riverside developments, situated directly adjacent to Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Urmet is proud to have been selected to supply the door-entry panels for this prestigious high-end residential project.

Berkeley Homes needed a full-IP solution for this development that was both aesthetically pleasing and also reflected the needs and requirements of the highly discerning individuals who will take up residency at this elegant development. London’s largest developers chose 52 Power over Ethernet (PoE) Elekta Glass Panels for all of the entrances at the eight blocks within the development, which comprises 350 apartments in total.

The buildings all have a dedicated 24-hour concierge and security managed by Harrods Estates, providing an exemplary level of service. With Urmet’s range of IP solutions, the eight residential blocks are interlinked to provide instant, single-platform control for all access and security-related requirements.

Commenting on the project, Urmet’s Sales Director, Mark Hagger, stated, “The Elekta Glass panel has certainly captured the imagination of developers. We’re very pleased with how we deliver our IP network solutions to the high-end, high-volume residential sector. We know what our customers need, which pushes our development of the IPervoice system further, ensuring we lead the market.”
