TDSi announces the launch of its EXchange scrappage scheme
TDSi, a global leader in access control systems for all sizes of businesses and organisations has announced the launch of its EXchange scrappage scheme. The EXchange scheme is designed to make upgrading from its S-Series controllers to its new EXSeries controllers easier and more cost effective.

The EXSeries range of network controllers are the building blocks for mid to large size, single or multi-site networked access control and integrated security system networks. The range is designed to be highly flexible, with compatibility with other TDSi systems and even hardware from other vendors (using the Universal Decode feature), to maximise the return on investment. Because of their effectiveness in deployments with larger numbers of cardholders, the EXSeries range is particularly suitable for applications such as hospitals, the utility sector, large-scale transportation facilities and industrial sites.

TDSi Managing Director, John Davies comments, "The EXSeries network controllers are already a highly beneficial addition to any client's access control network. However we also know that our partners appreciate an incentive with which to help end-users reach the tipping point when it comes to upgrading their systems, so offering massive discounts on new controllers to retire older models which have been superseded makes sense both from a technology and financial point of view."

Not only does the EXchange scheme offer tangible financial incentives for users to upgrade their older hardware, it also takes care of the old controller, fully adhering to legal requirements for safe disposal. Furthermore, TDSI will make a donation to the Help for Heroes charity for each controller exchanged.
