Integrated security manufacturer TDSi is celebrating the expansion of its Customer Care team with the appointment of new members Louise White and Dan Clark. Louise and Dan will play a vital role directly advising and helping customers - whilst processing orders, managing returns and tracking order progress.

The latest growth of the team follows the recent announcement by TDSi of a 15% rise in turnover, as John Davies, Managing Director, elaborated, “We have seen some significant growth in our business over the last 12 months and it is necessary to expand our infrastructure to meet customer needs. We have eagerly welcomed Louise and Dan to the TDSi team as key parts of this ongoing growth. Customer Care is an absolutely essential part of any successful business and we believe it is an area in which TDSi can pride itself. It’s always great to be expanding the team and Louise and Dan have joined us at an exciting juncture.”

Louise’s previous role was as a Mortgage Case Holder at the Nationwide Building Society. She brings a wealth of customer care experience and knowledge to the role, having previously been part of a key customer-facing team. Dan joins TDSi from Astute Ltd in Bournemouth, where he was part of the Business Development team. Like many of the TDSi team, both recruits have a keen interest in all things football, with Dan managing the local 11-a-side Bournemouth Foxes Sunday League Football team. TDSi is proud of its support for local sports teams with the sponsorship of local U8 team Longfleet FC which is managed by TDSi’s Senior Export Technical Support Engineer Paul Ford. In her spare time Louise is very active and enjoys playing football and netball as well as walking her dog. Dan also spends his spare time cycling and playing guitar.

This latest recruitment follows news of the recent appointment of TDSi’s new apprentices, with Stephanie Herridge joining TDSi’s Finance Department, Amanda Wright its Product Development team and Hannah Collins assisting the Operations department. John Davies added, “The security industry as a whole is proving that there are good business opportunities out there for companies that pitch the right products and services. We are ensuring we are able to effectively respond to the needs of our customers by investing in the right team to back up our class-leading products and services.”
