TDSi specialises in access control systems
 Rob Clark brings a proven pedigree in IP video surveillance to his new role at TDSi as Business Development Manager
TDSi, a global leader in access control systems for all sizes of businesses and organisations has recruited three new members to its UK team. Rob Clark joins as Business Development Manager for the company's VUgarde IP video surveillance solution, Francesca Wilkey is appointed to the role of Customer Care Advisor, supporting TDSi's partners, resellers and end-users, and Gregg Little has joined in the role of Pre-sales Support.

TDSi's Vugarde provides a fully featured suite products, which operate in a stand-alone mode or as part of a fully integrated system, complementing its range of access control products and systems. As the new Business Development Manager for this suite, Rob Clark brings to TDSi a proven pedigree in IP video surveillance, following sales roles at Sony UK Ltd and Mitsubishi Electronics. Clark comments, "I'm excited to join TDSi and work with VUgarde to provide a fully integrated system to meet the most stringent security and surveillance requirements of any organisation."

Francesca Wilkey joins TDSi's product support team from Siemens Mobility and has a background in technology customer service. Wilkey comments: "TDSi has a reputation for delivering top-notch customer service and I am looking forward to making an important contribution to helping our partners, reseller and end-users get the very best from their TDSi systems."

Gregg Little takes on the role of Pre-Sales Support having also previously designed CCTV and access control systems for Chubb. Gregg has a crucial role assisting in the quoting process and bridging the gap between the TDSi Sales teams and Technical Support team. Little comments, "This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of TDSi's customer support. The company has an excellent track record of quality products and well-tailored solutions and I am very pleased to be part of the on-going success."
