 Synectics appoints new Managing Director, Azadar Shah

Synectic Systems Group Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Quadnetics Group plc and leading developer and manufacturer of innovative integrated security systems, today announced exciting changes to the management team at its Sheffield based Head Quarters.

Azadar Shah has been appointed Managing Director of Synectics' Security Networks division, which operates in the highly specialist utility, public space, banking, gaming and custody sectors. Azadar joins Synectics from iPass, a global provider of Remote Access Security software, where he was the Regional Director - EMEA West.

Speaking about the appointment Paul Moonan, Divisional Managing Director, Quadnetics Group plc said, "Azadar is responsible for the day-to-day management of Synectics' Security Networks division, making sure we continue to provide systems and services that meet the needs of our customers today, and in the future. He is also leading the way with a new Partner Programme, due to be released shortly, which is designed to build on Synectics' existing relationships with our key partners."

Paul continued, "Azadar brings with him a wealth of management experience and has already proved to be a welcome addition to the senior management team. Synectics will benefit from his leadership and I look forward to working with him as he takes on this challenging and exciting role."

As part of the company's commitment to providing a leading technical service, Synectics' Security Networks division has also appointed Martyn Rowe as Technical and Project Director. Martyn is responsible for defining the future technical strategy and leading the projects team to ensure they continue to provide a superior offering to Synectics' customers.

Commenting on Martyn's role, Paul Moonan said, "Martyn has played an integral part in Synectics' success over the last 10 years, having held a number of technical and senior positions. Martyn has a unique customer focused approach to delivering the right technical security solution and is an asset to the senior management team."
