APT Security Systems, the UK's leading provider of vehicle access control and traffic management, part of the Controls Group of companies, has appointed Laura Thomas as Project Consultant for the Greater London area.

Laura Thomas began her career as a kitchen designer at Peter Jones, part of the John Lewis Group, before moving into business and sales management.
