Samsung appoints Rene Reinhardt for developing new markets for its surveillance products division
Rene will identify sales opportunities for Samsung's CCTV, Access Control, Door Entry and Intruder Alarm products
Samsung Techwin Europe Ltd. has recruited Rene Reinhardt as Business Development Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Rene has worked within the electronic security industry for eight years and was until recently CCTV Product Manager for VTQ Videotronik GmbH where he was also a member of the sales and marketing division for professional wireless systems.

Rene will be responsible for developing relationships with key market players including consultants and end-users in order to identify new sales opportunities for Samsung's CCTV, IP surveillance, Access Control, Door Entry and Intruder Alarm product ranges. He will also provide support on large projects.

Commenting on Rene's appointment, Mr Ralf Balzerowski, Country Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland Samsung Techwin Europe Ltd said: "This region is a very important market to Samsung and particularly so for the new IP/network based products which we are launching during 2010. We are very pleased to have recruited an experienced security professional such as Rene Reinhardt to ensure that we offer our fast expanding list of customers in Germany and the surrounding countries, the highest level of pre and post sales support."
