Samsung Techwin appoints Anovo Group's Centres of Excellence in France and Italy as official Service Centres
Samsung Techwin has appointed Anovo Group's Centres of Excellence in France and Italy as official Service Centres for the full range of Samsung Techwin professional security products.

Commenting on the partnership which has been established between the two companies, Gary Fletcher-Moore, European Technical Manager for Samsung Techwin Europe said: "Whilst all of our products are proving to be highly reliable and are backed up by a full three year warranty, we are determined to keep our promise of a five-day turnaround on repairs if a fault develops. Anovo Group has been appointed specifically in support of our customers in France and Italy and are a welcome addition to our already extensive network of service centres across Europe".

Full integration between Anovo Group and Samsung Techwin's service and repair systems has already been implemented to ensure availability of spare parts and to  allow clients to track their repairs on-line as they go through the service and repair process.

"Both France and Italy are strategically very important to the ongoing success of Samsung Techwin's professional security division and we are therefore committed to providing the highest levels of post sales customer support in both countries. We are delighted to be working with Anovo Group who have an excellent track record for efficiently and professionally handling repairs," added Gary Fletcher-Moore.
