Samsung Techwin has launched two new large-format professional display monitors
Samsung Techwin's 32" SM-320MX and the 40" SM-400MX are designed for professional 24/7 security applications
Samsung Techwin has launched two new large-format professional display monitors.

The 32" SM-320MX and the 40" SM-400MX are designed for professional 24/7 security applications where reliability is just as important as high-resolution video display. High contrast 1366 x 768 resolution screens ensure crystal clear images whilst a built-in fan ensures reliability and eliminates image corruption, and the use of anti screen burn technology prolongs the life of the monitors.

Both monitors, which have built-in speakers, offer a host of input options including composite video, HDMI, VGA and DVI.

A ‘Video Wall' mode allows several monitors to be connected together to display one image making the SM-320MX and the SM-400MX suitable for large control room environments as well as for singular display. ‘Pivot' technology allows for images and text to be rotated up to 90 degrees without distortion.

A complete range of brackets is available to provide flexible mounting options. Wall, ceiling and vertical mounts can be achieved via standard VESA mounting points on the rear of the monitors.

As is the case with all Samsung Techwin professional security products, the SM-320MX and SM-400MX are supplied complete with a three-year warranty.

Commenting on the launch of the SM-320MX and SM-400MX, Peter Ainsworth, Samsung Techwin's European Product Manager said: "The performance of these large format monitors is impressive and needs to be seen to be believed. Our customers can be assured that Samsung Techwin can now offer display solutions that match the high quality output of our cameras, domes and DVRs."
